    Lots of Information

    For those who delve into aromatics, especially oils, this is the best 'go to' book around. Very good reference book for the more advanced aromatic users, but also good for the beginner if they want to learn. It explains what happens to the body when certain things get stimulated. Wish I would have had this book while taking my Anatomy/Physiology courses.

    Exactly as it says..Desk Reference. Large and Hard Cover. It takes a long time to really go through and discover what this book has to offer, which is a lot! Very informative. Detailed. A real Essential Oil encyclopedia. I love it for every need. I continue to learn every day with this incredibly useful reference. Worth the investment.

    Good reference book

    This desk reference is a good resource. Lots of information about essential oils. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the spiral bound . . . . it's hard to flip thru the book by section or by several pages at once. It would be much easier with full binding or a loose leaf notebook form. I may take it apart and 3-hole punch the pages and put into a loose-leaf binder.
