    The phone arrived in perfect condition; no charger or earbuds is a downgrade from Sony. First few hours were fearsome, as the phone remained at a dangerously high temperature. However, after installing every system update, it cooled down and remained that way under normal usage. The size and format make it easy to type quick messages with one hand, but a little cumbersome to use with both thumbs for me. Camera is worse than my previous, 5-yr old phone, but the zoom is much better.
