The item was wrapped and protected extremely well for shipping. The item was listed as used but it couldn't be seen in the photo that the prongs on one burner were bent. However, it item is still usable. Otherwise, it looks like new.

My purchase from EBAY was successfully shipped and received. I am a senior citizen so I was at a loss for getting the item brought into my house. The shipping delivery man would not bring it in for me so it sat in my garage several days until I could find someone who could uncrate it and get it in my house. I could not determine the condition of the product which was heavily packed before I paid for it. Once I was able to see it uncrated over all it appeared to be in good condition.
