Item needed to be cleaned off as there was something reddish-brown on the frame. And cord was also soiled. I only know because this was purchased for a clinic and so it was wiped with sanitizing cloths and it showed up on the cloths. The clear plastic cover over the light bulbs was broken on one end where it holds onto the frame. I can’t claim it was broken when shipped but it was packed well in bubble wrap I wouldn’t think it happened during shipping. Functions fine. Good price. Satisfied.
