About this product

Product Information

Tai Chi instructor and fitness expert Scott Cole leads this instructive program, designed to help all viewers, especially the elderly, or injured, achieve increased balance and stability through the slow, flowing movements of Tai Chi. The program also features Claire Karstadt, an older practitioner of the program who had "lost hope" for maintaining balance, but gained renewed ability through her use of Cole's program.

Great courses on book publishing was well described! Well packed! Recommended seller!! Arrived safely!! However, EBAY is a BIG mess with new restrictions. Ebay is now BLOCKING me from bidding unless I give them control over my credit/debit card. I have been on Ebay for over 20 years with thousands of purchases and 100% positive reviews -- but I will NOT let them have FULL TIME control over my finances. Corporate greed & power delusions are out of control at Ebay. Outrageous behavior!!

It is perfect for who it was intended!

This DVD is exactly for who it is intended for. It is basic, beginning and just about anyone with any kind of age related mobility problem could probably do all or at least most of it. It you are looking for a more challenging workout, this would not be for you. I personally liked it and am glad I got it. Anything to get us older folks moving is a GOOD thing!

    It's Okay, but ho-hum

It is 15 minutes of standing then 15 minutes of sitting. I would have preferred that the positions were mixed throughout the half hour as I cannot stand continually for 15 minutes and have to sit often when I should be standing. It is okay, but much more could have been done to make it more engaging. I am looking for a more appropriate dvd for my level of comfort.. Also, 30 minutes of instruction is not much for a full-priced dvd.

  • Best Exercise Vid to date

I am a senior citizen with Multiple Sclerosis and getting exercise is difficult for me...things that heat up my body whack up my nervous system and then all kinds of weird things happen, so you can imagine how delighted I am to have a tai chi vid I can work along with at home and rest when needed. Over the years I have bought and tried (however briefly) a variety of exercise videos. Most are close to incomprehensible in one way or another. This is, so far, the BEST, the ABSOLUTE BEST exercise CD I have bought to date. It's also my first Tai Chi vid. The instructions are clear, precise and slow enough for me to easily follow. I have taken tai chi, so I'm familiar with some of the moves, but even had I not been, I think I would have found this easy. I'd like to say thank you to the ...

  • Short movie intended for the very old.

The movie arrived in a timely manner and in good /new condition. It played fine on my BlueRay. The film was VERY short and directed toward the elderly. I'm in my late fifties and felt absolutely zero physical stress. I might be able to use it if I reach my 70's.

  • Great and reasonably priced for the beginner.

Unfortunately I'm too weak to do these exercises, but I'm sure that anyone without multiple sclerosis will benefit by this dvd. It seems to be an excellent program for beginners.
