The item I got was brand new, and it fit his oculus perfectly. I would like to also add that the foam piece that goes onto the facemask is removable so it’s washable. That is the best ever because that thing gets sweaty and stinky and the other one I couldn’t remove to wash, I am so happy with my purchase. I will be back if my kid break this one too.

Item snaps in great. There is a flaw to this and that is the nose cover. I love them but this one puts a lot of pressure on your nose making it hard to breathe through your nostrils. Oddly specific but wanted to point that out. Maybe I just have a big nose idk.
