    Great Camcorder

    The dock makes this camcorder so easy to use. I just place it on the dock, tell it to connect to my mac, and all the videos are downloaded onto my mac for safe keeping. It has great zoom and mega pixel quality. The features are amazing and its size makes it easy to put anywhere, even in my pocket. I just had my second baby boy and this camcorder took care of all of our memorabilia needs. The only think that could have been a little better is the still images. They are a little on the low side of the quality spectrum. We got this for a camcorder though so no complaints.

    Good non high definition camcorder for home videos!

    I bought this used JVC Everio GZ-MG155 and got surprised with its images quality. Excelent for an non high definition camcorder and an great 30GB memory. The battery isnt new so isnt lasting much. But i pretend to buy a new one. This JVC model dont capture without light. Just for day or ligth ambients. Good for home videos!

    Good Camcorder

    I really like this camcorder. It is sooo easy to use, litterally just point and shoot. Anyone can use this camcorder! The thing I don't like about it is after you shoot your movies and try to download them on your computer to burn them onto a DVD, you can't do it. The camera records the movies in MOV format so unless you are a computer Genius or have file converting software then you can't put them on your computer. I have found that I need to buy the Share Station that JVC makes for this camera that burns your movies onto a DVD player for you. SO go ahead and Buy the camera, but make sure you get the Share Station with it, you will be glad you did.

    I can recommend it to any amateur moviemakers.

    Let me tell about JVC Everio GZ-MG155. First of all, I was finding a simple camera for my older son (he is 14). One of important thing was HDD as primary storage. Next was a matrix size. I think, 1 MPix will be quite enough for my son. And finally, weight, 16x9 format, docking station. I like functionality and record quality of this camera. Light weight. Bright colors. Till this time I don't remark any significant cons of this camera. So, it was good purchase for good price.
