    Most complete pasta cookbook out there!

    This is the second copy of this cookbook I have bought, and this one is for our son, who is now working in a gourmet Italian restaurant. He has recently caught the "chef" bug, and is making his own handmade pasta. He asked for a really comprehensive pasta book, and this is definitely it! I have used my copy for many years now, and rate the recipes I've tried from this book to be excellent. Highly recommend this cookbook! Georgene Falcon, Grice-Fearing House Bed and Breakfast

    One of the best cookbooks I have purchased in awhile, very complete

    Very Good cookbook, explains things well, lots of pictures. I am just starting to learn about making homemade pasta and am very gland I came across this book. Very helpful for learning tips and techniques on how to make pasta. I also own several other Williams-Sonoma cookbook, and this is one of the best!
