Cannot recomend this seller. Sent wrong dial Gold Vs Silver. First offered $15 for me to keep it. Said processing sent the wrong dial. Waited until the dial was returned to send photos of a Silver damaged dial and said that was the best they had at the moment eventhough a correct Silver undamaged dial was listed at the time. I understand Mistakes happen how a seller takes care of them is what matters.

Good Afternoon. I have received the watch. The box was well packaged. Thank you and it's the exact one I wanted with the red second hand!!
The problem I'm having is that I cannot lift the silver clap on the black strap to insert the band in order to wear the watch. The claps on the other bands works fine. Please help. Thank you.
