Hudson Soft's Deca sports series makes its Kinect debut with Deca Sports Freedom, the first title to be playable without a controller. The ten featured activities consist of tennis, boxing, archery, paintball, beach volleyball, dodge ball, kendo, mogul skiing, snowboard cross, and figure skating. Create a team and advance through a series of four progressively challenging leagues to win each respective cup. As you progress in each event, you'll be able to unlock adidas-licensed clothing for your playable avatar. In addition, Deca Sports Freedom features online support for challenging others from around the country.

    It's not perfect but it's good

    The game is not perfect. But I love it. There are arguably better games such as Kinect Sports. But for the price, it is a good deal.

    Nice sports game

    Some of the moves are hard to understand & unnatural. Other then that it's a pretty good game . I enjoy the figure skating & snowboarding the most

    Deca Sports freedom is a completely motion sensitive game requiring the Xbox Kinect and console to play. Bringing in the fun and excitement of sports such as Ken do, Archery, Tennis,Volley ball,snow boarding, and several others into your home without the hassle of membership fees and equipment expenses. This is an active game of pure entertainment to be had by all users of the Xbox Kinect.

    not for good sports

    Of the 10 games we own, this is the worst one. It's no where near as good as Kinect Sports before it. The movements are choppy and the games more difficult to play. We had to clear our room bigger, but only for this game alone. Vball and paintball are hard. Kendo is dumb. Boxing is a repeat. Skiing and snowboarding are boring. Archery is tricky because it's so touchy; your back release is a jerking motion with throws off your forward aiming hand. The best game, the most fun, especially for a party, sad to say, and I'm a guy, is figure skating.

    Sports Freedom

    Wow, this game is so fun. Our family began playing this game at 5pm, it was 2am before we even looked at at clock. We had so much fun playing this that we had not even noticed the exercise work-out we were were participating in !!!! Amazing to play completely hands free and full participation is required, no more sitting on the cuch pushing buttons. I loved the feedom of this, as well as the variety.
