Item as described and in excellent condition. As for delivery. Was delivered at about 9:30 PM on a night that some rain was expected and the package was just dropped over the fence and I didn't realize that it had been delivered until the next morning. I'm lucky that it was still there and no big deal but the package was all wet. Who expects a package to be delivered at 9:30 at night?
