Negotiated a price with seller and I pay that price Inc his shipping cost. Seller then sent package to me minus $3.95 , and that was I Negotiated the price down to. The post office would not deliver the package until I paid additional shipping. Seller is a Jerk and doesn't respond. I have notified eBay that this guy is playing games. BUYER BEWARE!
