Dispatch times were a little slow/communication, a little slow, which meant various messages were sent as looked like I wasn't going to receive it, however, the browband is gorgeous & well worth the wait, when I had to send it back to get the smaller size, once I got the info I needed, this went smoothly, so all I would say is if you can bare with her and don't mind following up if needed, then I can recommend and would use again. This isn't her full time job so patience needed Thank you Laura x
