I have a concern with the registered trademark under three of the pics. Called them 3x and emailed to get the documentation listed with the government. No response back. Order a shade to see if listed on the product. Was given notice by Oceansouth USA that it was out of stock, with ebay and their website. The shade design has been on the market for over 3 years. Just want confirmation that it is a registered design trademark.
