For the most part, the book is in good condition. The pages (with the exception of two) are clean, unmarked, and the spine is tight. However, the front cover and first two pages have several bends and creases; the two pages are also soiled. These issues don't stop me from using the book as I intended, but I would have preferred that the seller had indicated these flaws in the description. It's still a decent book at a fair price and I would have bought it even if I had seen these flaws.
