The seller (Bestseasonstore) shipped the item quickly. The item's was packaged in a custom box. Unfortunately the shipping company damaged the package and broke the item in two. Other than the shipping damage, the item was in excellent condition. Upon notification, the seller communicated immediately and resolved the issue. The difference between good sellers and great sellers is how they handle the rare and unanticipated problems. Bestseasonstore definitely is in the great seller category
