    My dermatologist recommended I change from plain niacin to Niacinamie 500 mg twice a day. I looked it up and found it is best for skin. The niacinamide tablets were expiring 06/21/2021 but my nephew pharmacist said it still would still have good strength so I bought enough to last thru 2021 because the delivered price from this vender was much better than others.

    B2 for skin

    of course there is no overnight reaction to taking vitamins so cannot rate or recommend this product. Skin doctor advised me to start taking B2 so I am doing so. The price on this product was the best I could find on internet and drug stores. These pills are large. I cut them in half to make easier to swallow.
