And when I asked to return it for a different controller, not even a refund mind you they wanted videos, pictures, and had several other hoops I had to jump thru before they would consider exchanging the controller. NEVER AGAIN. I kept it because the headache wasn't worth the hassle. So I had to be O.K. loosing money this time HOWEVER, LESSON LEARNED!!!!!
