Fast shipping. Brand new, but seller could have done better with packaging. The bags had no protective layer around them, except for the envelope that had the label on it. The envelope had a rip in the corner, so the bags were sticking out with no protection. I recommend the seller wrap the bags in an extra layer of durable plastic for protection in situations like this. Still, a good price and looks new.
