However, a brand new high brand dress with tags originally priced at $448, SHOULD NOT, be sent to the buyer, in a tiny wrapped envelope. The smallest package she could find- thereby wrinkling the dress horribly! It’s really a travesty to receive it in such a way. Not proper whatsoever!
