    Very disappointing... A way too flimsy for my taste

    I was attracted by the slick design of this bell as I like to try new things all the time. This one really disappointed me how flimsy the whole bell is. Be aware that if you have shifters, you may have a hard time finding the right location for this bell on your handlebar. There is only one place to put it which is close to the grips. I had an old, classic, medium size bell that survived years of rough mountain biking, no issues. This one did not work properly after one ride on my 29er commuter bike doing some light trails. Not recommending this product....

    Compact with a nice tone.

    This bell has a very nice tone and is easy to hear and it doesn't stick out like a traditional bell. Overall I am very happy with it. My only complaint is that it sometimes rings when I hit small bumps.

    Not loud or consistent

    I second the reviews that say clamping to bars has to be just right to get a good sound. After a couple rides the clamp will loosen and I lose the sound. Go all metal bell, whatever brand you choose.

    Good Quality Bell

    I have this Oi bell, and a couple of knock offs on other bikes. They all 'ding' but the Oi, 1. has better fit and finish, is a better looking bell. 2. The tone or pitch is much more pleasant, not as harsh or tinny as other bells, and 3. The resonance or ringing last much, much longer. If you need or want a higher quality bell for your bike this would probably work for you.
