VERY disappointing, frustrating experience. This kit should have 2 strobes, a trigger / receiver & 2 light stands. Light stands arrived w/ stripped screws carelessly packaged in 1st shipment (I notified seller immediately - was told to take a picture of the package), & the lights after 9 days - without the trigger or receiver. Seller asked me to ship back the stands at my expense for a refund amt I won't embarrass them publicizing. Says trigger to be sent "upon warehouse confirmation." ???

To be fair, the seller is trying to find a remedy for all of this and has been intermittently communicative. I was told the shipment was overweight, hence the two shipments several days apart. I'm grateful for that. But for a purchase in the 100s of dollars, care could have been taken to ensure all items were boxed. And while undamaged light stands aren't a deal breaker, it was a value added I expected buy buying the kit instead of lights alone. Now I await when I'll receive the trigger/receiver
