The fast focus eyepiece can make for easy reticle dead hold BDC focusing under the worst circumstances. For parallax adjustment, the Diamondback has an easy to reach knob that can allow the user to obtain better focus. Range numbers can be visible from any firing position, allowing you to adjust the sight on your rifle better. The Vortex Diamondback has a field of view of 32.4-11.3 feet/100 yards.
