    Great Sony System

    -Very difficult to set up, speakers and what modes to use -Manual hard to follow -Using the receiver is hard, saving presets is a pain Great sound quality and now that I have the system setup I hope to never have to do it again. It maybe easy for someone else.

    Good for the price.

    Nice powerful unit. The issue I ran into is that if you use HDMI to connect the Blu-Ray player (or any other equipment), you have to use HDMI for the output. Since my projector only accepts component video, I was forced to use component to connect the other pieces. Would have been nice to use HDMI to connect the other equipment since its so much easier than having to run component cables and the digital coax audio cable.

    Replacement

    I bought this model some years back and it had served me well. Great sound, easy to use and adjust, plenty of power. My original failed during a storm along with a TV. Maybe a power surge. I liked it enough to replace it with the same model. Since it's no longer made, I found one on eBay and am very pleased.
