The shipper charged $29.00 for shipping I did not agree to. Then in actuality they didn’t either. They tried shoving it in a flat rate USPS a $10.00 their cost envelope when it should have been in a flat rate box and when I came to the post office to pick it up they charged me another $15.00 to release. That is shady business. Never buy from this seller.

The buyer made two offers and canceled one. We only offer free shipping to 48 lower US states. After having shipped out the item, I found buyer's note with the offer asking for free shipping (to Purto Rico). So I refunded him full shipping charge. I packed the item in a box (3.75"x5"x9.5") and used legal flat rate priority mail envelope with an eBay shipping label. Now he asked to refund him $15.x by saying he was charged by the USPS office and I rejected. That is the story
