The losted that the watch would not work which i was aware of but they used desceptive images to make the band of the watch look normal but when it arrived it arrived with bottom of the band seperated from the watch, and when i requested a refund they sent me unrelated images amd responded in an aggresive tone and treated me like a dumb@$$
