Laptop was in very rough condition not at all in the good category of refurbished that was advertised. The condition should have been fair at best. Shipping was fast which was the only positive. For an eBay refurbished laptop I am very disappointed will be returning.

It was my first experience on ebay. I am so disappointed with the item i received in the picture showing something else and i received a completely garbage item it does look like its refurbished. Wire was broken from start. Also it is really very dirty. Even i did not received my refund fully. They just paid me quarter of the total amount.
