I received this unit and started using it right away. To my delight, it worked! But halfway through a DVD that I was watching, it stopped playing and returned an error message. I tried several DVDs (including a new one) but kept receiving the same error. So I returned to USAV- of course, they didn't find any problems! USAV sent me a partial refund but nicked me for the freight. So after over two weeks of heartburn, I ended up paying $16.00 for a trash bag full of cardboard packing material :-(
