I'm sorry to hear that, but remember, you opened a case in resolution center saying that you didn't receive the package and we reply the case updating the tracking number which said the package was delivered many days ago in your mailbox, and after that you close the case saying "the package was there and you didn't check it". In all ways we are happy that you like our products.
