The item's images were confusing and made it seem like the price was for a set of boxes rather than just ONE box. When I reached out to the seller to process a return, my request was met with hostility and a huge attitude. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller as they are rude and inflexible. I was told to return the item to the shipping address which I did and paid personally only to have the item returned back. I never received my refund.

You misunderstood this listing and chose the product and quantity from the variations by yourself, and we shipped it correctly. In response to your complaint, we advised you to return the item, but you did not return it to us. If you return an item, please provide us with the tracking number. We have not received any return from you. And you haven't paid us anything personally. There is no way for you to pay us separately in eBay.
