    I cannot say enough good things about this seller. Absolutely stellar customer service and integrity. I received an iPod in perfect condition but with a poor battery and Z-techglobal sent me another ipod with no questions asked and didn't even request me to return the faulty item.     The device that i bought It is the same unit that was advertised on eBay. The parcel was shipped to me very fast, and also the Sony device was packed very well wrapped and protected with thick foam sheet and air buble plastic sheet ; and the cardboard box has thick walls and is very hard. Even five "FRAGILE" red stickers surrounded the box. That help the device to survive the bad handling during the journey. I'm very Happy with seller. I'll repeat. Thank you.

    Excellent replacement for failed OEM component.

    Excellent replacement for failed OEM component. I was able to update the all the FIRMWAREs and ROMs to bring the board fully up to date so that it would support E5 Xeon V2 processors. Start with the HP IVP 1.80 update Update the iLO firmware incrementally to 2.79 (makes updating the system rom easier) Then update the SystemROM incrementally to version 2019.05.24 (entitlement required) Then update he Intelligent Provisioning to version 1.74 (server 2016 latest supported OS). If you want to install server 2019, use IP to deploy 2016 first, then do an in-place upgrade wo 2019.
