The charge cord provided did not fit the computer, which is not ok. I was able to borrow one from a neighbor that fit the device. Then once I charged it a little, and updated Windows, the cursor pad stopped working. We knew it had a bump on it when we bought it, but it worked ok until updates were installed. I'd really like to return this purchase, but was told the seller doesn't accept returns. I overpaid for shipping. You should not only accept my return, but pay for it too.
