A bit on the fence with this product.. great price point and shipped very fast. Well packaged. However, the color of the cream formula is pinkish, as opposed to pure white. Doesn't smell rancid or have any other odor and consistency seems fine. Just puzzled by the color.. All of my previous orders from of this product from various vendors have been consistently white. The cream in question is on the right in attached photo. On the left is my previous purchase (that matches manufacturer’s photo.)

BAD SELLER / Do not Buy from them I bought 2 of the Jan Marini Step 4 moisturizer. March 1. When I got them I opened them & both were DISCOLORED/Defective. I wrote the seller. Sent pictures. They made me send the product back & would NOT REFUND my money, I asked. They wrote and said I am Sorry your NOT HAPPY with our product. (Ridiculous) I sent it back immediately. Then USPS tracking tells me they could not deliver it on a business day because they are closed. 2 weeks, still NO REFUND!

    Lightweight with great features

    This product was used on me at my salon and I loved it. Frizz is not your friend and,this product handles that yet my hair is still soft and manageable.

    Not for me!

    This product was recommended to me, so I decided to try, which I did. I didn't take into account that my hair is thin, and fine, and it definitely didn't work on my type of hair. This product is way too thick/goopy, for my strands, and weighs it down. If you have thick/course hair, it probably would work just fine. I gave it a 2 star because personally, I wasn't impressed, but luckily I re-gifted to the gal who recommended this product.

    Great Straightener!!

    I have loads of hair,.. very thick & coarse w/ some waviness. I straighten my hair every morning but by lunchtime my hair is a frizz bomb😫 This Oribe product really helped... I still have to straighten every morning but w/ the cream, my hair looks great all day:)
