So I had purchased a different engine guard and it looked good but when riding it kept getting in the way. I couldn’t shift and I have floo boards with heal toe shifter. I had to take it off. Then I found this one and thought I would give it a try. Man what a difference. It fit right on in minutes. I can shift no problem. It is fat and chunky like my fatboy. I don’t need highway pegs. This is a fantastic piece. Sometimes things happen for a reason. Glad my ill fitting guard led me to this one
