    Zinc is again the greatest product and so many are deficient it is truly a must have. It has SOOOOO many benefits such as strengthening immunity, wound healing, aids Diabetes, helps combat cancer/induce cancer cell death, protects heart, aids weight loss, boost brain health works with Vit. D3 and K2 and Boron. Improves visio/can prevent macular degeneration (retina contains a high concentration of Zinc and works with Vit.     Coated Tablets

    Bought these to replace another brand of Zinc tablets, which were really hard to swallow due to a lack of coating. These Spring Valley Zinc tablets are coated and they are also smaller in size and therefore go down a lot easier. Been taking Zinc for years and I rarely get colds anymore...

    Less is more

    It was upsetting my stomach at full strength. I just cut them in half. There are cautions in taking too much zinc a day, some are serious. It probably should be mentioned in the label. It may be that because I take a women’s +50 multi-vitamin there’s zinc in it as well. I will continue to use daily for the benefits, just around the half 25 mg. dose.
