    Extreme delay in the part shipping

    Price of the product is way over-valued. Due to significant delay in getting the product, I bought the same part from the local sub-zero parts store (Mid-Atlantic) at the fraction of the price ($29.95 vs. your c$ 89.00). I didn't know Mid-Atlantic when I ordered the part from e-bay's Canadian outfit.
