Product Information

UFC Personal Trainer presents an interactive, whole-body exercise program, inspired by the ultra-fit athletes of the Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts league. The program involves more than 70 exercises inspired by wrestling, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and other fighting sports. All exercises are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Users can work toward fitness goals through customized routines involving up to a dozen different exercises. Providing further inspiration for fitness-minded fans, popular UFC competitors are featured in "Ultimate Training Mode" workouts that challenge players to outperform their favorite fighters in rhythm-based punching and kicking drills. Personal progress is charted through an in-game journal, which tracks time spent working out and performances in specific exercises.

    Intense and amazing. In shape or out of shape it gets the job done

    im no where In shape. I bought UFC trainer as a way to lose weight and have fun. Well this game will get you going. I was sore and hurting after one day and day two was no where near any relief from being sore. my husband who is ex army and works out with weights didnt feel the same as me until day two and he was pretty sore. The Kinect picks up you're moves maybe 85-90% of the time. The forward lunges are the main issue for us along with the jumping jax. You really need to be in the right spot for it to pick up on your movements alone with the lighting and yes proper color( dark cloths dont work well along with dark backgrounds. Standing about 7 feet back is ideal and further and the kinect doesnt pick up on your gestures well. You are given limited tries to "practice" the jabs or what ...

    Good way to get back in shape!

    I am 46 years old, and since having left the Marine Corps in 92, have gotten terrible out of shape. I've been working out with this program, and have been making great strides towards getting back in shape, and am feeling great! I look forward to each new workout every day. It's motivating, and fun. There are some tracking issues with the Kinect, but, if you do the moves, regardless if the Kinect sees it, you still reap the reward. Definitely worth buying, if you plan on sticking with it.

    Great exercise program. Kinekt tracking is ok with occasional issues.

    I bought UFC Personal Trainer based on customer reviews. I really like the product. I've done several individual workouts and started a 60-day program. I feel the the software gives just about the right amount of push and motivation. Here are some areas that can be improved: 1. Longer workouts. Currently, the workouts are only about 15 minutes. So it feels that after an extensive warm-up, I barely exercise few minutes at my peak heart rate before the workout is over. 2. The kindly sensor sometimes does a poor job in detecting certain moves, especially when I'm laying down (bicycle crunches). This is annoying because you focus on the kinekt instead of on the exercise, plus you fail the routine. My sensor is about 5 ft above the floor. Maybe I need to set it up at the minimum ...

    awesome product and great value!! definately worth it!!

    I love this game!! Its excellent!! i bought this item after renting it, loved it so much had to buy it. I have really stuck with these excersizes! I am not a ufc fan was just looking for a new routine. i have never used and excersize program like this before!! Sometimes the kinect doesnt "Sense" you but i would say thats the least of my worries especially when you find a workout you love.
