      It works

      I’ve been dealing with heel spurs for about a year now and they were getting pretty bad not just in the mornings but all day. I read a few reviews that people said the same thing that it really comforts the pain. So for the price I gave it a shot and I highly recommend them. It brought my pain level down about 70% try it! Only thing is that they only cover a little over half of your shoe.

      Great buy and really work

      Through thirty years in the military my feet simply got worse. I received great support from the doctors and had six different and very expensive orthotic insoles over the years. Now retired, I was headed to the podiatrist for another pair but saw these in WalMart and gave them a shot. It fixed my plantar fasciitis in one week and I now own three pair to keep in my work, dress, and athletic shoes. They are a Godsend and cost so little. They also last a long time. They can slip if you have loose shoes, but with tight laces or slip-ons they are great.

      Good w/ Extra Support

      I'm a mail carrier with flat feet and was looking for some extra support and relief from my plantar fasciitis. These insoles didn't give me much relief, but used with a compression sock was like heaven to my foot. I recommend these with back support... Not so good alone.

      Horrible

      To high, you put it in your shoes and fell like you made a work of suspension on the rear, you feel like to much lift on the back and you feet have to work harder to keep you balance because you feel like you are going to fall forward with this insole. Don’t buy the you will be disappointed. I put it in every pair of shoes that I have and in none of them felt balance with them in the shoes.
