Hi Netlife, Iām sorry you had a bad experience. However, when you submitted a complaint for the paper tray being mildly damaged, I sent a free replacement at no cost right away. Then after 40 days of having the scanner you claimed it was damaged. Why was this not brought up when you received it over a month ago when you first brought up the complaint about the paper tray? I have a 30 day return policy, in the future I recommend you inspect your items for shipping damage within that period.
