items (DVD) were sold as like new but came broken ; heavily scratched and in very bad condition - the seller didn t communicate a single word to me - I had to reach out to them after a week and then they finally shipped it and when it arrived late it was terribly damaged - now the listing doesn t show anything and just says returns not accepted im sure you wouldn t accept garbage from someone either - bad description , bad shipping practices , garbage received in the mail - close your store

follow up : the DVD I watched although VERY scratched appears to play with no skipping ; I am requesting a feedback revision - these items are not collector quality but at least they arrived and play so far - & at a budget price point - as it stands i believe more pictures in the listing is the remedy that could have helped - my apologoes again for the harsh words willing to revise -
