Fair price, fast shipping and well packaged. Small concern that was addressed immediately and more than fairly. I would definitely do business with them again. Trying to keep these older scooters on the road is a real challenge when OEM parts are NLA from the dealers. Without sellers like this, these bikes would end up as scrap.

EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION! When my package showed that USPS did not have it in their possession, I contacted the seller and got an almost immediate response. The seller contacted USPS and offered to issue a refund and to pay return shipping if the package arrived. The package did eventually arrive due to USPS sending it from California to Maryland and then back to Texas. The package arrived in very good condition and works well.
