Item was mis-sized, I was concerned item might be too small, it was just the oppositeway too big. The item was delivered quickly, & upon notifying the seller & sending pictures, I wasn't asked to but Iwanted to give the seller as much info as possible. Without question the seller promptly issued a refund. The slippers were new, not in a box, shipped with care, & were in beautiful condition. I really liked them. I think I'll need to go to a store to be fitted. Seller was so understanding!
