Vendor was very easy to deal with. There were three issues. 1) I did not receive the Blossom Time pattern that I ordered. It was the American Beauty. 2) Sadly, the pedestal on the cup, had a huge chip; photo sent. 3) There was also a long crack alongside the cup; photo shared. I was disappointed but I know things happen. I appreciate the refund I received. I would do business with this vendor again. Both plates were in excellent condition.
