Item was delivered in perfect condition but the chopper blade wasn't there, after contacting the seller I was informed it was sold with no blade and the listing photos confirmed that. The seller offered a partial refund or I could return the item, I chose to keep the item and buy a blade. I told the seller that they need not refund me and I would just eat the cost of the blade and consider it a lesson learned. This seller refunded me the full cost of the blade, they went above and beyond. AAA+
