About this product

    Almost as good as the book

    I've both read the book & seen the movie & both are good. The book (as usual) goes into more detail & builds the characters up more, but the movie is almost as good as the book. I would recommend for any sci-fi, war, action or adventure enthusiast.

    Solo (DVD 2000)

    I bought this movie because it's been stuck in my head for years as one of the coolest action movies I've ever seen. The story line goes above and beyond the usual shoot it up, blow it up flick (though there's plenty of that). There's heart in this film and it's as good today as it was years ago.

    About the movie

    Back in 1996 when this movie came out I was so thrilled. I lost my VHS cassette on this movie, and I wanted to see it again that now I am gronw up. For me, this movie never gets old. I recommend to watch this movie if you like army stuff and action.
