WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever. I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have. I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning. They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it. Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.

Offered partial refund which I accepted but was unsure if DAC even worked. After testing what I could, (missing USB cable as well), I replied to seller as to partial refund. Crickets! Tried again. Crickets. Hence this review. Seal on box was obviously bogus and really not sure the unit is completely functional. Buyer beware. Just needed to make things right.
