Was sold as sterling silver but was not. It was plated. Buyers beware here. The response was rude and thought because it was marked 925 it HAD to be solid sterling. I mentioned to the seller a little research on his part would stop this from happening to someone else in the future.

If it's marked sterling I'm gonna list it as described as such...if you ruin the item by pouring acid on it or cutting into it that's on you.
