The item is as described and very fast shipping but, the headband still causes headaches and doesn't take the pressure off the face and head like it's supposed to. I had to rig it to relive a little of the pain, I did find that the cheaper off brand head straps that have additional strap on top like a cross takes off all the weight and no facial or head pain. The single top strap just doesn't stop the pain unfortunately.
