Great smart alarm clock! You have to set it up through google home app and through your wifi. Once set up for the first time the clock will appear. Once that is done if your wifi shuts off your clock will still work but the google assistant will obviously not work if your wifi wifi shuts off. Also doest need any batteries for it to have battery backup.it runs through power adapter plugged into the wall. But i have mine plugged into a surge protector. Fast shipping!
