I assumed (didn't ask before I ordered) that "W42" meant the show was a size 42 Wide. When the shoes arrived, I discovered they were a 42 Medium. When I questioned the seller, I was told the "W42" stood for Women's 42. It does state in the description that the shoe is a medium width, but I did not see that. I just felt the title was misleading.
